The Escape Criterion
Given the quadratic map, Qc(z), if for any iteration,k, of Qc(z), the
magnitude of the iterate exceeds the maximum of 2 and |c|, then the orbit
of z under f escapes to infinity.
This leads to an algorithm for finding the Filled Julia Set of Qc(z).
